Osiden makes Pilot and Ask It, field-service software for plumbing, HVAC and electrical companies. This policy covers osiden.com and the Pilot and Ask It apps.
Each time you visit a page on osiden.com we record: the date and time, the pages you view, the site or link that sent you (including campaign tags in the link), your device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language and time zone, your IP address, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address (city, region, country, postal code and approximate coordinates) along with your internet provider. We also store a random identifier in your browser so we can tell a returning visit from a new one. We use this to understand who visits our site and how they found us. We keep it for as long as we operate the site unless you ask us to delete it.
If you fill out the demo request form we collect your name, email, phone number, company, trade, team size and current software, and use them only to contact you about Pilot and set up your demo.
Your company owns its customer, call, finding and pricebook data, as described in our Terms. We store it securely and use it only to provide the service. Questions asked in Ask It and photos you add may be processed by our AI providers to produce answers.
We never sell personal information. We share it only with the providers that run the service for us, such as hosting and security (Cloudflare), our database (Supabase) and AI processing (Anthropic and Google), and when the law requires it.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Website visitors and demo requesters can reach us through the demo request form on osiden.com; Pilot and Ask It users can also ask their company's administrator. You can clear your browser's site data at any time to remove the visit identifier.
We may update this policy. The date below shows when it last changed.
